========================================
There are two sections, the Sound Generator Input Filter and the
Sequencer Input Filter. The fields are:
The Sound Generator Input Filter section:
• The MIDI volume field:
This choice field has two options: RECEIVE and IGNORE. If set to
RECEIVE, incoming MIDI volume messages (controller 7) will
affect the sound generators overall output volume on all outputs. If
set to IGNORE, incoming MIDI volume messages will be ignored.
• The MIDI vol now field:
This field shows the last value of MIDI volume (controller 7)
received. A value of 127 is normal (no attenuation). Any value less
than 127 causes the volume of all outputs to be attenuated from
normal. A VALUE OF ZERO WILL SILENCE ALL AUDIO
OUTPUTS EVEN IF ALL OTHER PARAMETERS ARE SET
CORRECTLY!
• The Prog change field:
This choice field has two options: RECEIVE and IGNORE. If set to
RECEIVE, incoming Program Change messages will automatically
select the active program. (Incoming Program Change messages
above program 24 will select program 24.) If set to IGNORE, incom-
ing Program Change messages will be ignored.
The Sequencer Input Filter section:
• The Event and Pass event? fields:
The Event field is a choice field and can be set to any one of the
following event types:
