• The Stereo output> Pan field:

This is the current pan position for the selected sound within the stereo

mix. The range is 50L to C to 50R. This is the same parameter set by the

graphic pan control in the Stereo Mix screen.

• The Echo output> Volume field:

This is the volume for the selected sound at the echo send output. This

is the same parameter set by the graphic volume slider in the Individual

Outputs/Echo Send Mixer screen.

• The Echo output> Fol st (Follow stereo volume) field:

This is a choice field with two options:

1. YES:

The level of the Echo Send is made proportional to the stereo

volume. Therefore, all changes to the stereo mix volume for

the selected sound will also change the level sent out the

Echo Send. (This is similar to the Post Fader Echo Send

function on hardware mixing consoles.) It provides the

advantage of automatically changing the level to the echo

send whenever the stereo volume is changed.

2. NO:

The level of the Echo Send is made completely independent

of the stereo volume. Changing the stereo volume will have

no effect on the Echo Send volume for the same sound. (This

is similar to the Pre Fader Echo Send function on hardware

mixing consoles.)

• The Individ output> Assign field:

This is the selected sound’s assignment to the individual outputs. This is

the same parameter set by the output assignment in the Individual

Outputs/Echo Send Mixer screen. It is a choice field with nine options:

OFF The sound has no output assignment.

OUT1 The sound is sent out individual output 1.

OUT2 The sound is sent out individual output 2.

OUT3 The sound is sent out individual output 3.

OUT4 The sound is sent out individual output 4.

OUT5 The sound is sent out individual output 5.

OUT6 The sound is sent out individual output 6.

OUT7 The sound is sent out individual output 7.

OUT8 The sound is sent out individual output 8.

Or, if the selected sound is stereo, the following five choices will

be presented:

[-] The pad’s sound has no output assignment

1+2 The pad’s sound is sent out individual outputs 1 & 2

3+4 The pad’s sound is sent out individual outputs 3 & 4

5+6 The pad’s sound is sent out individual outputs 5 & 6

7+8 The pad’s sound is sent out individual outputs 7 & 8
