Chapter 9: Saving to and Loading from Disk
• The Disk field:
This field only appears if a hard disk is connected to the SCSI port.
It shows the active disk device, either the floppy drive or one of the
hard disk partitions. It is for display only and cannot be edited. To
change from floppy disk to hard disk or vice versa, you must press
<Select disk>.
• The <Load> soft key:
Pressing this soft key loads the selected file. Instructions for loading
various file types are given in the following sections.
• The <Erase> soft key:
Press this soft key to erase the selected file from the disk. An
additional screen will appear asking you to confirm the erasure.
• The <Rename> soft key:
To rename the selected file, press this soft key. The following screen
will appear:

Rename the file: FILENAME.PGM
To the new name: FILENAME

To rename the file, enter the new name in the lower field in the
same manner as you would change the Sequence Name field in the
Play/Record screen, then press the <Rename it>soft key.
• The <Select disk> soft key:
This soft key only appears if a hard disk is connected to the SCSI
port. It is used to change the active disk device from the floppy drive
to one of the hard disk partitions or vice versa. If <Select
disk>
is pressed, the following screen appears:
